ALOR SETAR, 10 June 2026 – AIU Internal MUN 2026 successfully concluded as Albukhary International University’s first internal Model United Nations conference on 9 June 2026. Organised by The Orators Club in collaboration with the Centre for Student Affairs and Alumni (CSAA), the programme brought together more than 60 students for an immersive experience in diplomacy, negotiation, public speaking, and global dialogue through the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), and World Trade Organization (WTO).

ALOR SETAR, 10 June 2026 – AIU Internal MUN 2026 successfully concluded as Albukhary International University’s first internal Model United Nations conference on 9 June 2026. Organised by The Orators Club in collaboration with the Centre for Student Affairs and Alumni (CSAA), the programme brought together more than 60 students for an immersive experience in diplomacy, negotiation, public speaking, and global dialogue through the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), and World Trade Organization (WTO).
The conference recognised outstanding delegates and position paper writers across all committees. Award recipients included Ibrahim Sayed Awadalla Ibrahim, Luh Nila Dhaniswara, Fathima Wazna Mohamed Sarafathulla, Hamdiya Bawa, Aliyah Sumayyah Raymond, Muhammad Haikal, and other distinguished participants for their exceptional performances.
The programme was facilitated by members of The Orators Club and supported by Madam Nurul Hamidah Mohd Hamdi, Advisor of The Orators Club, together with CSAA. The event serves as a stepping stone towards AIU MUN 2026, the university’s external Model United Nations conference scheduled for November.
As AIU’s first internal MUN conference, the programme reflects the university’s commitment to nurturing future leaders through critical thinking, diplomacy, leadership, and international collaboration.
